Depth-Oriented Psychotherapy in Portland, Maine.
Offering compassionate, relational therapy to adults, couples and families in Portland + virtual sessions throughout Maine.
I specialize in working with relationships and interpersonal issues, as well as attachment & complex trauma.
I offer psychodynamic therapy for adults & adolescents in my Portland, Maine office (in-person or via Zoom/telehealth).
Many of my clients arrive to counseling seeking a deeper sense of connection and ease—with themselves or their relationships. This might encompass social anxiety, loneliness, overwhelm, or questions around gender & sexuality. Others are stuck repeating old patterns, are unable to stay present, or just feel something is "off." I view the therapeutic relationship as a space for both challenge and safety; to better understand the experiences that shape us and, gradually, move toward a greater sense of aliveness and joy.
I work with folks on a weekly or twice-weekly basis. Sliding scale therapy available for those meeting more frequently.
